Induction Generation Project

first things..... Where can we use induction generator?????????

Induction generator can be used where constannt speed of generator is not possible. like in wind turbine..

second things..... induction generator nothing but a induction motor,it should required a grid..for generate power induction generator must be rotated above its synchonous speed......supposed we have a 4 pole induction generator conected with 33kv 50hz grid..

then its synchronous speed Ns=120*f/p=120*50/4=1500rpm

i.e when induction generator rotated above 1500rpm it feed a power in grid insted of consume power from grid and if induction generator rotated below 1500 rpm then it consume power from grid..
