DTM Error

Dear All

I have connect the device to configuration software

I am able to communicate to the device however getting error

"error loading control <smar.mainoperationIF303>!

Error: error in iDTMActiveXControl->Init(External component has thrown an exception.)

please help thnks

Please provide more information. What is the device, what are you plugging it into, what's the operating systems, software, etc.

Could be something as simple as a conflict because you haven't updated your computer drivers.

More information please.
