Can somebody tell me that is there a balancing drum in a gas turbine ?

Yes. The designer can, and the individuals who maintain it can, and the site Mechanical Engineer can, and if you look carefully at the insurance test records, you'll find that the insurance company and the individual who pays their bill can.

Why not check with the manufacturer? Is it GE, Siemens or Ansaldo? I am not particularly from this field but havent heard of balancing drum in a gas turbine. Perhaps the turbine blades, shrouds etc are so designed to minimise the thrust load...
