	As the pendulum swings down.... I remember seeing something the last time this happened, that struck me as quite apropos; along the lines of "if you told the petroleum industry 5 years ago that they would be selling oil at $60 a barrel today, they would be ecstatic. The problem is that they saw $100 oil along the way!!"
