how to calculate multiplying factor if meter ctr is -/5?

hi,

what is the multiplying factor for 3 ph 4 wire kwh meter if line ctr is 1000/1A, ptr 3*240V and meter ctr is -/5 A, ptr is 3*240V?

Let's say the primary current is 1000 A. Then the meter receives 1 A and interprets it as 1000 A.

Now, if CT ratio will be 1000/5 and the primary current will be 1000 A too, the meter receives 5 A and interprets it as 5000 A. So, in this case you have to divide the reading by 5.
