(as a polarity)

I am asking from the manufacturing point of view

Yeah, but...

If you are feeding the current input into a power meter (along with voltage input), direction matters.

Here is my explanation!

The "Incoming" is the voltage / Current supplied "LINE IN" to the transformer.

The "Outgoing" is what is supplied to the "LOAD" from the transformer.

Your question is so vague that I cannot even begin to explain to you what the difference is even from a manufacturing point of view. Whatever that may be?

From your question it is clear that you are unable to form a proper question and you have left out almost every detail someone would need to answer your question in the proper manner.

i am asking about the connection of primary of CT
some times i see it P1-P2 and sometimes P2-P1
what is the diffrence between these two connections>

Increasing or decreasing numeric order is the only noticeable difference from the sparse information you present.

What does the owners manual say?

I'm not privy to what model of transformer you have!

Read the manual!!!

Ah yes, our perennial lament.

It's actually quite simple - sometimes polarity matters so the CTs are marked with a polarity indication (P1-P2, X1, X2, etc) and direction of current flow. Connect the secondary round the wrong way OR the CT backwards and the secondary waveform will still represent the primary but with a phase shift.

For many AC current measurement applications, the direction of the CT, and the polarity of the output windings is irrelevant. However, for applications requiring power measurements, the polarity of the CT must be taken into account to avoid phase reversal situations. The voltage and current measurements must have the same polarity to keep the power factor and direction of power flow measurements accurate and consistent.

Most CTs are labeled with a means that shows which side of the CT should face either the source or the load..............

The difference is obvious once one knows how this transformer is used and what a current transformer does.

Your quandary brings to mind another, perhaps more historically significant dilemma, faced by the Light Brigade during the Battle of Balaclava in the Crimean War.

The Brigade, although faced with insurmountable, deadly odds against them none the less chose to march forward into the jaws of death instead of retreating.

A line from Lord Tennyson's poem says it well:

"Theirs not to make reply, Theirs not to reason why,Theirs but to do and die:"

So, the point is, don't question something that you do not understand. Just hook the damn thing up and move on!
