Hierarchical Communication

How well do you manage the information flow up and down your organization? How do you communicate with other engineers? With management staff, suppliers, customers, and those on the manufacturing line? Is your model working? How many levels of management do you have to interact with? Is the same information available at all levels? Do you filter the information before sending it up the ladder? How do you know whether your recommendations are being implemented as intended on the manufacturing floor?
