Researchers, Got Your Tickets?

Pioneering companies are getting closer to their goal of taking tourists into space. But there's talk that scientists and researchers might be hitching rides as well, armed with experiments that must be done in zero gravity. The $200,000 cost for a ticket on one of these commercial space flights would be minuscule compared to a government-run space program. What other benefits will commercial space flight bring?

Somebody has to keep the US in space, since Obama has decided to keep NASA on the ground.
