"War Flying"

Forget war driving, a term meaning searching for Wi-Fi networks from a moving vehicle. Aerial drones can eavesdrop on Wi-Fi, phone, and Bluetooth signals from the sky. Outfitted with wireless sniffers and network-cracking tools, they could identify a target by a cell phone and follow the person home. How worrisome is this capability?
