Let me help you on petro power's comment! He said that the Saudis and the rest of Opec (THE DUDES) have lots of money now that they are robbing us better at the pumps and can now afford to blow $18,000,000,000.00 on something that we already have here in the States (for those of you using high english that means the United States of America ) but only have free in the winter ( for those of you using high english that is the cold time of year ).

When I was supplying Mobil Chemical with a 2k polyurethane spray coating to protect off-shore oil rigs from salt spray, etc erosion, back in the 70's and 80's, I was told that Mobil gave the employees four (4) bonus checks in one year that totaled approximately their yearly income, in order to divest the huge profits Mobil accumulated for the year. How much more must Exxon-Mobil be having to divest now? Between Exxon-Mobil and Haliburton, these two companies have profits exceeding the total annual budgets on many countries!

Does anyone know what construction company built that ski resport in Dubai? Where can I get more information? Thanks

There's one of these north of Tokyo. Been there for at least 15 years now. Of course I imagine the one in Dubai is bigger.

On the topic of oil profits when I look at the record profits of the major oil companies I conclude that it's not simply the countries with oil reserves that are getting rich off the growth in demand...
