It's not all that uncommon to see disputes break out over the ownership of multi-million-dollar European exotics or rare race cars - vehicles likely to grace a concours field or take up residence in an art gallery. Yet down in Austin, Texas, a battle is brewing over a ratty broken-down 1948 Flxible Clipper tour bus.
