Posted November 19, 2013 12:43 PM by Milo

Sandvik Coromant Cypress, California Productivity Center hosted the event and provided shop floor demonstrations to over 37 people from 11 companies.

Sandvik are investing in educating their customer base.

Aren't there any technical schools in Cal to teach these skills andknowledge before they become part of the "talented" workforce pool.

Not denigrating the talent just questioning the route. Before becoming talented one is normally formally, and incrementally educated with a senior mentor....

....or doesn't it matter that much anymore? Knowing just enough is deemed to be enough.
