Classic
BMW air-head fanatics can appreciate this. Max BMW of New Hampshire is
busy at work this week building a 1975 BMW R90S motorcycle from all new
parts listed in the BMW replacement parts catalog.
The time spent on researching, ordering, organizing and cataloging
each separate part needed to complete the build has taken well over a
year. That part of the project was completed recently when every part
was spread out on the floor at their classic restoration facility in
their North Hampton, New Hampshire, location for the above photo. Now
the goal is to assemble the entire bike in four days with three
technicians (one from each of their three locations) working together to
complete the task.
