Daydreaming About Drones

Posted April 13, 2014 12:00 AM by Engineering360 eNewsletter

Think beyond the boundaries, allow for a little artistic license, and consider some UAV possibilities offered up by Frog Design. Suggesting that drones will become "extensions of our society's infrastructure and essential to our well-being," these concepts are meant to expand the current focus on security, military, and commercial duties. What about autonomous farming? Or fire rescue? One thing is certain: the applications for aerial drones will multiply many times over in years ahead.

Due to privacy(intruding),safety(accidents) and security reasons drones should be monitored by state.

Due to public safety and privacy drones should NOT be allowed in the air at all. There is enough with there CCTV cameras around the public places. How will you have any idea of who is monitoring you, is even in your own country. But, they will make great target practice. Government funded drone shooting. A new gun sport. I can just imagine a drone trophy set over my fireplace.

Life has become a computer game! Where does it become actual life or is that a thing of the past?

Frog Design comments sponsored by the US Military, a subsidiary of Security Concepts.
