Bolstering the Electric Grid Through Cyber Security

Electric grid cybersecurity is the focus of this feature article at Engineering360. The sky is not falling, but neither are we immune to the sort of cyber attack that knocked out parts of Ukraine's electric grid late last year, says Massoud Amin of the University of Minnesota's Technological Leadership Institute.

The BEST/SAFEST Electric Grid is one that is NOT connected to the internet, but rather operated under separate, redundant, dedicated control...totally separate from WWW.internet!
