Biofuel to Take Off

Posted October 12, 2007 8:13 AM

Although biofuel for road transport has become established, airlines have still to dip their toe into the water. But following recent technical advances, plans are being made to use biofuel in commercial flights. A trial flight with one engine running on a mixture of normal aviation fuel and biofuel could be taking place next year.

Biofuels are still not the answer.

Biofuels still are not good for our eco system. The answer is simple clean green fuels. No more global warming please. No more toxic fumes. Let us be known as the generation that cleaned our air. When was the last time we washed our hands? When are we going to clean our air? Future generations will not be able to live on this planet if we keep this up! Hydrogen is also not the solution. We need electric cars, trucks, planes, and we need to stop using oil, gas, coal and nuclear products. How much more of our world must be destroyed?

We can produce algae, and make biodiese while cleaning up our lakes and rivers, removing nitrate pollution. Also create fertilizer. The cleanest technologies are best, but only if they can compete.
