That's going to add a smidgeon to those condo fees.

The leaning tower of Pisa revisited. A pity the only tower left in Pisa is the poorly engineered one (of 19 or so).

If they fixed the lean, no one would go there anymore.

If the don't fix it,... soon, there wouldn't be anything there but rubble.

This is similar to building cities below sea level along the coasts.
