Can it do mixtures of gases, such as hydrogen with oxygen (and read off the % of each), unknowns??, and is the spectrum for such nonpolar gases as methane (nil dipole moment) more a result of coupling of the rotational energies, or due to scattering bands?

Can it be applied to lower rate leaks scenarios, such as leak detection on a power generator, or turbine?
