Add a PV skin to provide power to drive the propellers and an electromagnet to pull containers off of freight trains. Then you have a means for really low cost transport with flexible short term delivery potential that lessens highway traffic. Of course, now we would have a new "air highway" to deal with over cities.

Hyper efficient? This aircraft moves 10 tons. An average tractor trailer moves 25 tons. I am not impressed. It requires a big building, an airfield, and large amounts of helium (which can be energy intensive to make). There is also a ground crew to consider.
