Whenever I read about mosquito control methods not harming the environment it always occurs to me to wonder about the mosquito's place in the food chain. What happens all the creatures (freshwater goldfish) that eat them if we are successful?

When and if we were to ever control mosquito populations to that extent, there will have to be a "Goldfish welfare program".
