Internal Arc Containment - IEC 61641: 2014

I seek comments from experts on the assessment criteria 8.7.1 of IEC 61641:2014.

The IEC specifies IP 1X (as per IEC 60529) for doors & covers. It is not clear if this is applicable for the pressure relief flaps at a height of 2400 mm & placed on the top of the switchboards.

Request for expert advice on the same.

My understanding is that the assembly itself must maintain a minimum of IP1X after the tests are complete.

This would include access through pressure relief flaps, however it should be simple to fit an IP1X screen behind them to remove this issue
