Westfalia Purifiers

HI Gents , M having oil leak from water side in Westfalia Seprator OSC 15-02-67 .

Previously timer for dispacement water was 1 sec and desludge timer was 30 minutes .

After few minutes of running water seal breaks and oil starts coming out from water side giving high flow alarm .

After changing timer to 4 sec and 1 hour respectively , the oil leak was stopped , however it seems that water was now going in oil side as i got high water content in clean oil.

Seems like there is a problem with interface position in purifier.

Any input on this problem will be helpful . Please post guys.

Either the system pressure is too high or the seals are not the correct material for the application or the equipment is not properly mounted or any/all of the above.

Review the operations manual (IOM) to ensure all installation, operation, and maintenance requirements are being met and if so; contact the manufacturer for proper guidance in addressing the issues.

Yep. Telephone the equipment manufacturer. Always a good start.
