HT MOTOR Rotor resistance starter calculation (Resistance Value)

Mind making me understand how we can calculate slip ring rotor side resistance & also its cutting steps.If any calculation is there plz send me same.We`ve got 6.6 KV HT motor for fan application (slip ring) datas are as under:KW 2710,VOLT 6600 KV,FLC 290 A,ROTOR VOLT 1895 V,ROTOR AMP 865 A,STAR-STAR,AMB TEMP 50 DEG C

Can I ask, "do you want to build the resistance bank yourself or do you want to purchase a starter"?

Do you have the Torque/speed curve of the fan?

Actually I`m engaged with Cement Industry since last 10 Yrs but now I would like to change my job with Designing Field so this is necessary to me design these things .
