Short answer is if you run winblows you don't really "want" to download a "dirty file", but who cares about what you want, often old Bill downloads it without your permission. Now considering your OS choice, you 're not.. informed enough to give or deny such permission anyway, so why bother? If you run linux you don't really care all that much. Pretty basic. S.M.
