Power Wizard

helo guys have a nice day... do you have any idea on how to wire a power wizard or ATS so that our genset will start automatically? That's our only problem. we want that our genset will start automatially whenever the normal supply is out. pls help me with problem because our contractor have leave it incompletely.

No idea what you mean by "power wizard", but every ATS I've have seen provides an engine start output contact for sending the signal to the generator to start up when the utility supply drops. ATS stands for Automatic Transfer Switch, that's what makes it "Automatic". So of you have one, read the manual, find that contact, wire it into your generator starter. It's not rocket surgery.

ATS and Generator are standalone units, but maybe make link between them in automatization process

The manual that came with it will contain either:

  • The required information

or

  • Contact details for the organisation that manufactured it including their telephone number, where the difficulty may be discussed directly with those who certainly do know how to wire it.
