Here Comes Pluto

I can remember when "the Grand Tour" was a new idea, reading about it in the Sunday paper magazine many years ago. It's totally amazing how now it's almost routine to slingshot around multiple planets to get where you want to go, just like an incredibly complicated pool shot.

The planetary Plutonian Television Network (PTN) is reported to have just broadcast on all their broadcasting airways that it is an unacceptable affront to their sense of self respect that they be denied admission to the Planetary Club of the Sol System, and that they demand satisfaction through a duel between their highest leader and each of the highest corresponding leaders of each of the Planets that voted against them.

They were particularly peeved over the fact that wrinkly old Mercury has no moons left, while Pluto still has five moons. The utter indignity of all!!!...

To their way of thinking, that fact alone should be enough to warrant Pluto being granted full membership in the Organization of Planets. Their primary representatives, and their seconds, were announced to be heading to (Terra) as the first stop on their list... Stay tuned for further developments...

So their planet is demanding trial by combat?
