can we mingle both nano technology and rapid prototyping and create a new technology

Yes, vague is good. But off the cuff, I could see nano particles of some kind, compounded with the plastic powders used in 3D printing, to produce prototypes of superior characteristics, allowing them wider application as working prototypes, or even low volume production parts, as the process becomes more cost efficient. Who knows, it might already be be happening, just that NOBODY TOLD ME YET.
