Tell me what the generator manufacturer said during your last few phone calls.

I expect that you would require an automatic load demand control module, likely called something else by Cummins, but most manufacturers offer them for load demand based auto starting of parallel gensets.

They generally have all of the communication and sync processes on board and should be a simple add on to your existing control modules.

PCC-3100 is generator controller and its include parallel feature but this point not clear i mean exactly how multi genrators will run if master one run from ATS ,what about another generators how run refernce to load .

Whilst it can handle paralleled gensets, I don't think that the PCC-3100 control has the capability to run load demand controls for them.

As I stated earlier, you will likely require an add on module for that bit.

Cummins calls their module a "Masterless Load Demand (MLD) upgrade kit"

It wasn't hard to find...Go to this Cummins site for info...Page 15 tells you about it.

Then do as others have suggested and contact the supplier.

The forum cannot do your work for you.

This should have all been done at the time of purchase of the generators.

Call this number: 1-812-377-3000 and tell them you NEED HELP.

The word for today is "synchroscope"; but if your budget is too cheap, you can do it with three lights and as many switches as generators.

1 lamp is all you need as long as it can withstand full phase to phase voltage otherwise 2 lower voltage lamps in series does it. Could use a Voltmeter too.

Provided the DGs are rotating the same way then if one phase is synced then so are the others.

The three lamps can also cover the case in which one or more gensets are accidentally connected in wrong rotation. You or I might not do that, but the OP is questionable.

the lamps is not my problem , where the controller can synchronis its output reference to bus(load) voltage and frequency .

the matter how start the genset regard to load , im looking to run follow one based one load demands , and ask my controller has the feature or not if not i will use current transducer connect to plc.

According to the brochure ( have you read post #8 yet?) on page 3 the PCC3300 will do that which you ask in combination with the PowerCommand 3.3 MLD on page 15.

A nice HMI would make it slick.

To upgrade the 3100 ( to work as you desire) you need to read pages 6 through to 14. It's all spelt out for you.

A glance at your 3100's manual would be a prudent move. Go crazy and read the generator and sync panel manuals while your at it.
