How to Distinguish Bet LV Switchgears

hi ,
i have 4 main questions :
1- in LV Circuit Breakers(MCB , MCCB and Air C.B) , whats the main function of tripping unit and is it external or inside the Circuit breakers?
2- do LV Circuit breakers have relays ?
3- whats the differences bet. Relays and Tripping unit ?
4- what are the main components found in LV Switchboard (After distribution transformer from MV to LV ) ?
