Draw a bunch of lines (typically 24 of them) that divide the circumference of the nozzle into that many parts. In one view, extend these lines until they intersect the vessel shell. Project these intersections into another view, usually 90 degrees from the first.

Are you after a planning software? Any office product will do.

Are you after a drawing software? Any drawing software will do.

If you need commercial help just hire a consultant.

Information for Tangent nozzle can be found in the internet?

JIJU..I get from your post that you want to design an opening in a pressure vessel shell, in this case a tangential opening. If you have a current edition of Section VIII, Div. 1, of the ASME Code, you will find the requirements in Part UG-37. The formulas for reinforcement required in the opening are included in Part UG-37. For a tangential opening, you will design using the greatest chord length in the opening as your size. Welding requirements are found in Section VIII, Part UW-17. There are several pressure vessel software programs available for purchase. Good luck to you JiJu!
