No they don't use words like Death. They just sneak the warning in the middle at low volume and really fast speech (I think they hire auctioneers) _{"some fatal events have happened".}

Sounds promising, as long as the pills taste good and the bottle is easy to open.

Perhaps they could put the pills in a chocolate bottle?

Why does this remind me of the Tapeworm diet fad?

The tapeworm fad died due to the negative effect of seeing a tapeworm emerge from someone's nostril. Besides, the only way to get rid of them was to pour Bosco syrup in the toilet and Bosco is hard to find.
