The classic three body problem. With gravity, two body interaction is simple. With three bodies, anything goes!

And we all know Nature's long-term 'solution' to the three-body problem: smash two them together or eject one of them, and then solve the resulting two-body equation.

Makes you glad that Nature works so slowly with larger systems, judging by size, I'm not sure we'd be one of the bodies kept when the Solar System starts working towards a 'two body' solution. You just KNOW Jupiter's going to be a bully. I mean look at it, it has a stormcloud twice the size of our planet, and that storm has been around since before we could observe the planet clearly, possibly longer than we've been standing upright as a species.
