Looking for a Technical Paper

Hello All . . . Looking for a 30 year old paper on insulation testing. Searched for it everywhere I could think of - IEE, IEEE, technical libraries, etc. The paper:

"The Effect of Temperature on the Dielectric Properties of HV Stator Bar Insulation" by K.G. Burnley. Presented at the 1984 DMMA Conference. Published in IEE Conference Publication 239, p.259-262.

Try searching for K.G. Burnley electrical papers on stator bar.

If it exists and has been cited at least once, it will be in the Science Citation Index, and you could get your local friendly academic librarian to obtain you a copy
