Medium Voltage Concentric Neutral Cables with Shield

If anybody can help me on how much should be the short circuit current rating of concentric neutral conductor compare to main phase conductor rating ?

Also what about the conducing shield short circuit current rating ?

Or, NEC Code 409.
You really should learn how to do this yourself.

It seems to me General Cable changed the address of this "formula". The old one was retrieving a pdf file like the attached.

I have to mention also, the ICEA Publication P-45-482 was revised and the last edition is from 2013-I think.
