CEPCI Index Question

Hello,
i need help about CEPCI index for my design project.i need to know how calculating this number? Cause this index for europe country and i need convert this index for turkey.
For example;
@2001 Jan.
" Heat Exchangers and tanks " cost index is 367.7
" Heat Exchangers and tanks " weight factor 0.338
What is equation between cost index and weight factor?

Thank you for answer lyn.i need to know how convert this indices for my country because this indices data's (CPI,PPI,Labor Cost etc.) from Bureau of labor statistics.

Perhaps you should contact someone in your country.

Perhaps your instructor has some ideas about how you can do this.
