If you are looking for actual gear ratio's and profiles, I doubt this is the place to find them. Relatively few of these flowmeters are in operation, anywhere ! All I can tell you offhand, is that the tolerances are pretty close (we had one with oval lobes,that I used to repair and calibrate, and the clearance between the lobes was .002")...where the lobes were about a 3ft long, and the pipe size of the meter was 12". Gear clearances are probably closer, bearing in mind this meter is used for positive displacement measurement of gas flow.
