Affects and influences on reaction:

Temperature of the room?

Makeup of "air" inside the balloon? (Moisture content? Oxygen rich? Depleted oxygen? High CO? High N2? ?)

Pressure in the balloon?

Balloon material composition?

Relative humidity?

Based on the nature of all your previous questions that you have posted to-date, and the timing of when you ask them, I feel you're questions are related to a homework assignment, and due to the ethical nature of this site we recommend you do your own research to derive this answer.

Good Luck.

Which frame of reference are you talking about? Because there is no more balloon after it burst? Bammm!!!

That just the way they dance. Makes it seems like their on air. Don't know how your going to puncture the ballon. But the dancer's energy could go either way in responce to you interupting their performance. Never heard enthalpy used to decribe how pissed the would be. I guess they would be hot and bothered.

The question is nonsense. Once it is punctured, there is no more balloon.

One wonders if the OP might have used their own head to puncture the balloon?

Maybe that's just an American pop culture thing.
