4m40 Engine..

i have a problem more oil spill out of the bleeder pipe whenever i stop after use. it makes me to fill up oil every weekend, it never happened before & i don't know wat to do.

I was going to say a blocked breather but then decided to google '4m40 engine breather' and got http://www2.pajeroclub.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=19999

yup, blocked breather, clean it.

The engine is experiencing too much crankcase pressure.

This is due to excessive cylinder "blow-by" caused by engine wear and/or a restricted engine crankcase gas relief system component. (breather, EGR valve, PCV, ?)

If the engine has an EGR valve or PCV replace it.

If the engine has a crankcase breather assembly you need to remove it from the engine and clean it.
