My company manufactures CO2 incubators. They are used to maintain the temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels of the human body. They are used to incubate cell cultures and things of that nature.

What do you intend to use it for. How tight do you need to maintain the critical parameters.

They are controlled by microprocessors. Using valves to inject CO2 or humidity and a heater system to control temperature. Microprocessor keeps the system at equilibrium. It is critical to keep the system as close to nominal as possible. It is supposed to simulate the internal enviroment of the human body. If you want your experiments\cultures and such to be accurate you want to maintain these levels.
