USB drive memory recover

Hi All,

I have I GB pendrive mp3 player. Accidently i formatted it, after formating i came to know that the memory capacity is only 256 MB. How to recover the Memory back.

Is ther any software to recover the memory?

please help me to solve this??

How can one "accidentally" format the stick? You answered the questions correctly..... and then it was formatted.....that was not an accident!!!

What OS?

Did you format with a floppy format or something?

Did you use FAT or NTFS?

Have you tried re-formatting it correctly?

Have you looked at the company's web page?

yes i tired. but in the format menu it showed the option to format only 256MB

Have you looked at the company's web page?

yes but there is no details regarding that.

try to use diskinternals parttion recovery you will find it on the net
