More information about what? Cassava and/or its bark? Electrical power (10 Amp sounds like the machine must run on an extension cord)? Machine design?

I would suggest looking at a commercial potato peeler which works by grinding the skin off with abrasive coated wheels in a running water bath. It's a batch processing machine with a processing capacity of about your 10Kg per load. Time required would depend on the toughness of the bark, the bark's thickness (1mm) and the amount of running water used. i would think that the processing time would be less than 3 minutes. These machines are usually powered with a 1hp, 60hz three phase, 230vac motor however, the motor could be changed to accomodate power availabillity as long as horsepower isn't decreased. This method of processing would leave the cassava roots whole and tend to shape them into smooth roundish forms. Of course, further processing would be necessary to prepare the cassava for use as a foodstuff. The bark is continuously washed out of the machine with the flowing water.

Cassava is very popular around the world. How are they being de-barked commercially by others?
