Looks like the swirl dust filter in my vacuum cleaner - except mine doesn't have any electrostatic dust collection properties.

Although I should say for political correctness - it is not my vacuum cleaner.

It actually belongs to my wife - but she's a real darling and she lets me use it to clean the whole house at regular intervals - bless her!.
