The following coversions for conductivity, k:

1 BTU in/hr ft2 oF = 0.1444 W/m oK

or

1 W/m oK = 6.93 BTU in/hr ft2 oF

for conductance, c;

1 BTU/hr ft2 oF = 5.68 W/m2 oK

or

1 W/m2 oK = 0.176 BTU in/hr ft2 oF

You've changed first bit for conductivity that was already OK.

1 BTU in/hr ft2 oF = 0.1444 W/m oK

Codey

W/(m2K)=J/(sm2K)

1J/(sm2k)*1BTU/1055.06J*3600s/1hr*1m2/10.76ft2*255.9K/1F

= 81.15 BTU/(hrft2F)
