I think the best case scenario for any on-time launch is about 60%....nobody can control the weather....there are a number of things that can happen to delay a launch, as probably anybody who has come down here to witness a launch up close and personal can tell you.....

No I think that 13 bil figure is just his net worth....she has previously agreed to 16 mil which is probably her money...she seems to be capable of pulling her own weight...

An Atlas rocket - really? Wow! That was the "rocket of choice" when I was in grade school. I and my friends had plastic models of that rocket. Must have been a pretty good design.
