There are several ways of tackling this.

• One is to contact the manufacturer and ask the questions over the telephone. However, the response will be coloured by an intent to boost sales.
• Another is to carry out a poll among CR4 readers. Try responding to the original post with several replies with, say, good, indifferent, bad or such other terms in them and over time count the Good Answer votes received in response. A word of advice though: the results are unlikely to be statistically significant.
