That's never stopped anything before....besides this is just a prototype, the next generation could be quite different, perhaps more stable with a stealth mode and extended range, auto pilot and seating for 2.....

I dunno about stealth mode. You know anything with that small a platform is going to generate some serious noise providing a couple hundred pounds of lift.

Practical use isn't necessary - just people who want it just for fun and the prestige of owning one. Is there really a practical use for a jet-ski?

Back during those 'gentle' days in Vietnam, the gummint was trying to develop something like this as an escape method for soldiers trapped in untenable locations.
