An mtech student is surely not expected to design low noise microwave amplifiers???

RF amplifier design is V specialised and still somewhat of a 'black art'.

(Maybe I'm out of date and RF Guy is welcomed to shoot me down on this one! )

Maybe you could build an antenna with some gain?

Terms and conditions apply, please insert more coins after the tone, to speak to someone sensible press #4 now.....
