Bonneville Power Administration ESIP

Any experience you can describe the process for BPA ESIP. I am not so familiar and lack comprehension, what this is. I think someone here has something to share down here

Like

  • Is it a compulsory mandate to all industry in the US to comply with this
  • What are the common measures towards energy saving
  • Who are involved
  • so on and so forth

Undefined acronym alert. BPA = Bonneville Power Administration, but ESIP = what? Energy Saving Initiative Pucky? There's some good stuff that goes on around here, but with some weird stuff mixed in.

Anyhow, who or what or where is Bonneville? Dah, it sounds like a realty business(sort of) to me. Does it make sense?-that name?

Al Gore Power Administration, makes a little sense, you know, but why Bonneville?
