our little autonomous hull penetrator is zipping along nicely @ just under 3K/H. battery voltage is 13V so it should cruise all night fortunately today it was raining for awhile and gave the panels a shower. currently our little craft has logged 1084KM.(over 650 miles) will we see 2000KM by tomorrow?
rumor has it if our brave adventurer survives it will be brought home and reprogrammed to return East to London harbor and cozy up to The royal rowboat while that old queen is on deck having tea and crumpets

C'mon Fredski even your maths can't be that adrift!
Will you see 2000km tomorrow? No -you'll be lucky to make 1100km! 916km in 24 hrs (not sure where and when you are counting tomorrow) is 38km/h somewhere over 22 knots and a not too shabby speed
As has been pointed put before there no forking chance of that Alberg getting anywhere near London. The current path may not take it along shipping lanes but it sure crosses them which is dangerous enough. To get to London you'd use one of the busiest shipping lanes in the world and have to do it without the main motive force (the Gulf Stream). If you are lucky the coastguard will pick it up if not there will be a squabble between HM Royal Navy and the scuttlebutt from across the Channel for the right to blow it out of the water.
