I've seen a few ideas for large 3D-printed structures but this is the only picture I've seen of one. Would like to see it in person.

Those are different. No pre-positioned rebars, for instance.

Maybe the rebar was 3-D printed as well....haha Seriously I don't think we can 3-D print all the plumbing and electrical and mechanical systems just yet either....

It makes sense to say that a building is partly printed, or that a printing process is involved, but to say "printed house" is misleading. As for the house with the rebars, it would be interesting to see how the print head navigated between them.

No reasonable structure can correctly be described as "earthquake proof". Earthquake resistant, perhaps.
